According to the Czech Media, Slavia’s Nicolae Stanciu transfer to the Chinese side, Wuhan FC is almost sealed. The counterparts have agreed about the move and the 28 year-old Romanian midfielder is just a medical examination away to sign with his new club. The two clubs agreed for a 4 million euro transfer fee, while Stanciu’s salary proposition was an “impossible to refuse offer”.

Stanciu spent a very successful two and a half years on Sinobo ground, winning two titles. His record in Slavia’s jersey: 112 caps, 26 goals and 28 assists. The Romanian international has been recently linked to other teams from Spain and Turkey but in the end none of them managed to sign the midfielder.

Wuhan FC ended the season on the 6th place in the relegation group in Chinese top flight.
