Mihai Roman terminated his contract with French side Toulouse and signed a deal with FC Botosani for one year. Before signing with Toulouse, the 31 year-old winger played for Suceava, FC Brasov and Rapid Bucharest. The transfer is free of charge. Besides Roman, Botosani also signed with Victoras Astafei (former FC Petrolul player), Andrei Herghelegiu (former CSU Universitatea Craiova player) and Bogdan Musca (from Dacia Unirea Braila – Liga 2).
